Hormel® Cure 81® hams are simply the best in the business. They’re fully cooked and can be served right out of the fridge. Simply remove the ham from the wrapper, place on the platter and serve. For a more traditional dinner experience, serve your ham warm. Follow these simple heating and glazing tips for an unforgettable feast.

Remove ham from package and place facedown in baking pan. Cover pan securely with foil. Bake in a preheated 275ºF oven 10 minutes per pound. The optimum serving temperature is between 135 and 140ºF. For a delicious glaze, mix contents of included glaze packet with 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon of water. Remove foil from the ham and turn the oven temperature up to 425ºF. Spread glaze mixture over the entire ham. Return uncovered ham to the oven for five minutes. This will allow the glaze to set. You’re now ready to garnish and serve.
