For best results, use a sharp carving knife, meat fork and cutting board to prevent the turkey from moving. And allow the turkey to stand 15-20 minutes before carving.

First, remove the plastic clasp holding the drumsticks together. Cut through the joint between the leg and the body and remove. Next, make a long horizontal cut into the breast. Hold the meat fork firmly and begin carving thin slices down to the horizontal cut. Continue to carve thin slices, starting at a higher point each time. Then, simply repeat these steps on the other side of the turkey. Plate and serve with your favorite garnishes and side dishes.
